Last updated: 2026-08-26. A Dutch translation is available on request from hr@blinqueen.com.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Blin Queen Amstel B.V. (KVK 95157530) or Blin Queen B.V. (KVK 91329078), depending on which location(s) you apply to. Where this notice refers to "Blin Queen", it means the entity (or entities) matching your application. Questions: hr@blinqueen.com.

2. What we collect on the application form

3. Why we collect it

We use this data solely to assess your application and to contact you about it — steps taken at your request prior to entering into an employment contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). The permit-related statuses tell us which permission we would need to request for you to be able to work.

4. Who processes it

Access within Blin Queen is limited to HR and the hiring managers of the team you apply to. We might share this data with 3rd parties such as our accountants or legal advisors; we will not share it beyond what is necessary in order to establish your employment at Blin Queen.

5. How long we keep it

If your application does not lead to employment, we delete it within four weeks of the decision — or keep it up to one year if you agree we may contact you about future openings. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employment record, governed by the onboarding-documents privacy notice.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your application data, or object to its processing, at any time via hr@blinqueen.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
